School Pilot provides a web dashboard for managing school fee structures, student charges, invoices, payments, refunds, and related reports. Features available to you depend on your assigned role within your school.

Dashboard access is restricted to authorized school staff. Credentials are issued by your school administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

You may use School Pilot only for lawful school fee administration. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access data outside your school tenant, abuse the system, or use the service for fraud or other illegal activity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of fee structures, charges, and payment entries your school records. School Pilot helps track balances and history but does not replace your school's own financial policies or statutory obligations.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features or these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the extent permitted by law, Tech And Graphics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, if any.
