This policy covers authorized school staff who sign in to the dashboard (“users”), and the students and guardians whose records are stored for fee management. Access is provisioned by your school administrator — there is no public sign-up.

• Account identity — username, email, name, and role for school staff.
• Student and guardian records — enrollment details, class assignments, and contact information.
• Financial data — fee structures, charges, invoices, payments, adjustments, refunds, and sponsor allocations.
• Documents — files uploaded for students or guardians where your school enables that feature.
• Audit and session data — sign-in activity and administrative actions, kept for accountability.

We use this data to operate the school fees dashboard, calculate balances, generate invoices, record payments, produce reports, and enforce role-based access within your school. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is scoped to your school tenant. We may share information with service providers who host or support the platform under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We retain data for as long as your school uses the service and as needed for legal or audit purposes. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging appropriate to a financial records system.
